Dr Mark Haden

Dr Mark Haden is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at St George's Hospital, London, one of the UK's leading Major Trauma Centres. He has over 8 years of Consultant experience in Emergency Medicine and Major Trauma.

His clinical practice encompasses the assessment and management of acutely unwell and injured patients presenting to Emergency Departments, including major trauma, toxicology, poisoning, pre-hospital emergency medicine, major incidents and complex emergency care pathways. Dr Haden is Trust Lead for Major Incidents and Clinical Lead for several specialist services including the Drug & Alcohol Liaison Team, Homelessness Inclusion Team and High Intensity User Programme.

Dr Haden holds a Distinction MSc in Medical Toxicology from Cardiff University and has undertaken extensive research into novel psychoactive substances, poisoning and emergency medicine.
